Our work
Custom CRM & B2B Platforms
Bespoke CRMs, B2B portals, order systems, and internal tools — cloud-native on GCP and AWS, built to match your exact workflow.
Off-the-shelf CRMs and B2B platforms are built for the median business. Your business isn't the median. When your sales process, quoting logic, or customer relationship model doesn't fit the standard mould, you end up with a system your team works around instead of with. We build purpose-built platforms — custom CRMs, B2B portals, order and quote systems, internal ops tools — that match the way your business actually runs, deployed on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure that scales with you.
GCP & AWS
Cloud-native hosting
Built to your process
No off-the-shelf compromises
Integrated end to end
Connects your whole stack
Platforms designed around your process
We start by mapping your actual workflow: how leads come in, how quotes get built, how orders are managed, how relationships are tracked. Then we design a system that mirrors that process — not one that forces you to adapt to software.
That means custom data models, custom pipeline stages, custom fields and views, and interfaces built for the people who use them every day. Sales teams get a dashboard that shows them what they need. Operations teams get the controls their job requires. Nothing is bolted on to make a generic product fit.
B2B portals and order management
B2B commerce has requirements that standard e-commerce platforms handle awkwardly: company accounts with multiple users, tiered pricing, quote requests, purchase order support, net payment terms, and approval workflows. We build B2B portals that handle all of it cleanly.
Order and quote systems are a common build: a portal where buyers configure orders, request quotes, approve pricing, and manage their account — integrated with your fulfilment and accounting systems so orders flow through without manual re-entry.
- Multi-user company accounts with roles
- Quote request and approval workflows
- Tiered and contract pricing
- Purchase order and net-terms support
- Order tracking and account history
Cloud-native on GCP and AWS
We deploy custom platforms on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services — not shared hosting, not a managed WordPress environment. Cloud-native architecture means your platform scales horizontally when demand spikes, infrastructure is defined as code, and there is no single point of failure.
Containerized services on Cloud Run or ECS, managed databases on Cloud SQL or RDS, event-driven workflows via Pub/Sub or SQS, object storage, and a deployment pipeline with staging and production environments. The infrastructure is as well-engineered as the application.
- Containerized deployments on GCP Cloud Run and AWS ECS
- Managed relational databases (Cloud SQL, RDS)
- Event queues and async processing
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
Integrations across your business stack
A custom platform is only valuable if it talks to the other systems your business runs on. We build the integration layer: connecting your CRM to your email platform, your order system to your accounting software, your customer portal to your ERP. Clean APIs and webhooks, not brittle spreadsheet exports.
We also build internal tools — admin dashboards, operations consoles, data reporting interfaces — that give your team visibility and control without exposing your production database to people who shouldn't be in it.
What this looks like
Things we build in this space
B2B Distributor Portal
A custom B2B platform for a wholesale distributor: company accounts with buyer roles, a product catalogue with contract pricing, a quote-to-order workflow, and integration with their ERP and shipping provider.
Field Sales CRM
A purpose-built CRM for a field sales team, with mobile-friendly deal management, custom pipeline stages, quote generation, and a dashboard that gives management a real-time view of the territory.
Operations and Dispatch Platform
An internal operations platform for a service business: job scheduling, technician dispatch, customer record management, and automated customer communication — replacing a mix of spreadsheets and phone calls.
FAQ
Common questions
- When does it make sense to build a custom CRM rather than using Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Off-the-shelf CRMs make sense when your process fits their model and the monthly cost is worth the time saved. Custom makes sense when your workflow is genuinely different, when the subscription cost at scale is significant, or when you need tight integration with proprietary internal systems. We'll give you an honest read on which way the math goes.
- How do you handle data migration from an existing system?
- We plan data migrations carefully — mapping the source schema, cleaning and transforming records, running test imports, and verifying the output before any cutover. Migrating from an existing CRM or operations tool is a normal part of these projects, not an afterthought.
- What cloud platform do you recommend — GCP or AWS?
- Both are excellent. GCP tends to have an edge for data-heavy workloads and when you want tight integration with Google's AI and analytics services. AWS has a broader service catalogue and broader regional coverage. We recommend based on your specific requirements and where your team already has expertise, and we're equally comfortable deploying on either.
