Design That Earns Trust and Drives Action

First impressions happen in milliseconds. We design digital experiences that hold attention, communicate value clearly, and convert visitors into customers.

Good design is not decoration. It is strategy made visible. Every layout decision, colour choice, and interaction we build is grounded in how real people read screens, make decisions, and develop trust in a brand. JTS approaches design as a discipline — we research your audience, map the journey they take, and build interfaces that feel inevitable rather than arbitrary. The result is a product that looks polished on day one and stays coherent as it grows.

Discovery and Strategy First

Before we open a design tool, we spend time understanding your business. Who are your customers? What do they need to believe before they buy, sign up, or call? Where does your current site or product create friction? These questions shape everything downstream.

We conduct stakeholder interviews, review any existing analytics, audit competitor positioning, and map out the core user flows that matter most. This research phase is not a formality — it regularly surfaces insights that change the entire design direction, and it is far cheaper to discover a wrong assumption here than after a build.

You get a documented brief, a sitemap, and a clear information architecture before any visual work begins. Everyone is aligned on what we are building and why.

  • Stakeholder interviews and audience research
  • Competitor and landscape audit
  • Sitemap and user-flow mapping
  • Content inventory and gap analysis

UI Design That Scales

We build in Figma with a component-first approach. That means every button, card, form, and section is designed as a reusable piece with defined states — hover, focus, disabled, loading. The result is a design system that your dev team can implement consistently and that your marketing team can extend without breaking anything.

We design for multiple breakpoints from the start. Mobile is not an afterthought — in most industries the majority of visitors arrive on a phone, and a layout that feels great on desktop but clunky on mobile loses those visitors permanently. We prototype key interactions so you can experience the product before a line of code is written.

Accessibility is baked in rather than bolted on. Colour contrast, focus indicators, readable type sizes, and logical tab order are part of every design review, not a final checklist item.

  • Desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
  • Interactive prototype for key flows
  • WCAG AA accessibility built into every screen

Handoff and Developer Collaboration

A design file that sits in Figma and never gets implemented correctly is wasted effort. We close that gap. When JTS handles both design and development, the handoff is seamless — the same team that designed the system builds it. When we are working alongside your existing developers, we produce thorough specs: annotated designs, token exports, responsive behaviour notes, and animation guidelines.

We stay available during the build phase to answer questions, review implementations, and refine anything that does not feel right in the browser. Design and development are iterative together, not a baton pass.

Brand-Led Digital Identity

If your brand identity needs a refresh alongside the digital product, we offer that too. Logo refinement, colour palette definition, typography selection, and tone-of-voice guidelines — the visual and verbal building blocks that make every customer touchpoint feel like it came from the same place.

We are not a full-service brand agency, but we understand branding well enough to ensure the digital product expresses your brand accurately and consistently. For companies at an early stage, we can also help you think through positioning and how to communicate your value proposition in plain language.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you do design only, or do you always build what you design?
Both. We can design and hand off to your existing development team with full specs, or we can carry the project through design and build ourselves. Most clients find it easier to keep both in one place — there is less translation loss and we can iterate faster.
How long does a typical design project take?
A focused website redesign — strategy through final screens — usually runs four to eight weeks depending on scope and how quickly feedback rounds move. More complex products or those requiring extensive user research take longer. We will give you a realistic timeline estimate in the proposal.
What if we already have a brand but need a new website design?
That is our most common starting point. We work within your existing brand guidelines and apply them rigorously to every screen. If your guidelines are thin or outdated, we will flag it and can help fill the gaps without a full rebrand.
Can we see design concepts before committing to a full project?
For larger engagements we offer a paid discovery sprint — typically one to two weeks — that produces a site architecture, initial wireframes, and a design direction. It de-risks the full project for both sides and gives you something concrete to react to before the main engagement begins.
